    What do you specialize in?
    We specialize in troubleshooting electrical items that are not working (with the exception of household small appliances), as well as, installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, security lights, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; etc.
    Is Detective Electric licensed, insured, and bonded?
    Yes, we are!
    Are your employees background checked?
    Yes.
    How will we know when your electrician will arrive?
    When scheduling your appointment, you will receive a time range followed by a confirmation email. On the day of your appointment, you will also receive a text message (if desired) when we are on our way.
    Do you provide estimates prior to beginning work?
    Yes. We provide a FREE estimate prior to beginning work on each service call. AND, most of our customers find our pricing so reasonable, we start working on the spot!
    What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and credit cards as well as Venmo and PayPal. We also offer financing.
    What your hours?
    Our regular service hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM. We are closed for major holidays.
    Do you offer 24/7 electrical emergency service?
    Currently, we are available during our regularly scheduled hours.
